What are Karma points, and Karma rankings?

I was just looking at that and I believe it goes by the number of posts you have. But I am sure there is more that Barbi would have to explain! Hope this is a start!

Essentially replacing the previous board software's "Member Title functionality", the Karma system allows each community member to earn points for certain activities across the community. It supports up to 20 different title levels, except I haven't really activated that yet. Jamie, you're right, it also coincides with the number of posts, but as an Administrator, I can add "award" points to it for different functions.
There's still quite a few features I have not turned "ON" - there's only so many hours in the day.  Rosemary, I agree with you - strange terminology, but I didn't come up with it - it came with the board upgrade. |
