Hello... I'm no longer a newbie member, but I would like to know the maximum size of the pictures we can post, to avoid having that little annoying red "X" showing up when I post a photo which is too big...

 the lil x shows up when ur not logged in not when the pic is 2 large. when the pic is 2 large it usually gives u an error message ~n~ the pic doesnt post at all. i think u need to resize pics 2 be 400 pixels in width. another thing that causes the x is a wrong url image address. hope this helps.    |

Also, i've noticed some sites won't let you post an image here if you have the image hosted at their site. I know that webshots doesn't let you post pics here...when I tried when I first joined, my pics came up with a red "X".

A lot of image hosting sites does not allow linking.  , But Lorena you have been posting pics so I don't know, unless the host is down, I know Imagestation does that a lot.  |
