I just can't figure out what is wrong. Everytime I click it this is all I get

I was going to upload an avatar as well and I can't get it to work. I cecked and it said I don't have permission to do that. Can I email you one Barbi and have you upload it?

You can have as many as you want really. It's the file size that counts. It needs to be 75 pixels in width and 75 pixels in height.
