Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
Today, March 1o, my hydro chi, Minnie Angel turns 2 Years!!! I't wonderfull to see her, because first ven wanted to put her to sleep, becuse of her condition. She have a big party today ( she have a party the 10th of each month) and was spoiled. I was surprised, because for the first time she gave me a kiss. We celebrate all months her birthday, have cake and give her a kiss, but today she kiss me back. I'm proud to have her. I have learned a lot in these 2 years with her. Mayra

Congratulations Mayra, what a milestone for Minnie. When you first registered at CFP, she was just a puppy. She beat the odds and proved that first Vet wrong!! We would love to see some photos.

Mayra, this forum doesn't have the paperclip to upload photos, but you can open an album in the Picture Forum.
When you open a new post, you will see the paperclip icon. Once you click on it, a browse window will open for you to locate the photograph on your computer and upload it.

Hi: Hi Ivonne & Lauren. Well, I live in an Island, so I can find coconuts very easy. Coconut water is from green coconuts, you peel them and the water is inside. Is a sweet water, Minnie loves it. About accupuncture, my vet have a certification to do accupunctute on dogs and cats. Maybe you can make a search in your area to see if any vet have that service. She uses small needles, like for childrens, but the ones intended for human use. I live in Puerto Rico, but if you want to talk with my vet, I can give you her phone number and ask her all your questions, she is very nice. I can give you all the info I have and I can share all my experiences with Minnie. Also Janie ( Chiwawalady) have experience with this condition, because she has Honeybunch, a smooth coat chi with the same condition. She helps a lot, because she is experienced in chis and have helped me alot. When Minnie born, I meet her by internet, in her group, looking for info about this condition, and I learned a lot from her, she also gives me so much emotional support. Hope I can help you to take good care of your cute Dudley. And he can live a long good life. Mayra
