Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

hi:
One of my chi's, Kushka, is sick. I rushed her this week to the vet's office with seizures. She have more than 20 seizures in les than 2 hours. Vet said she have from 20 to 27 seizures. I think I was loosing her. She is 7 yrs old. Now she is on meds for seizures, but is better. She is walking almost like before the seizures, but not eating much. The other thing I noticed is that she is panthing a lot. But I give thanks God she is with us and with low brain damage.
Only want to share this with all you.
Thanks for hearing.
Mayra

Well Kushka is better now,she refuses to eat, but I keep giving nutrical and puppy food. Hope she get her appetite soon. I'm thinking on getting her tomorrow to the vet again, to see if she can do something about it.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I do hope you can get her to eat. If not, I'd definately take her back to the vets too.
Please keep us updated on her condition.

It's good she's back to eating. That would get me worried if my dog didn't eat.

Up-date on kushka:
She is on Myzoline an anticonvulsive medicine, vet said it used by epileptic people to control their seizures. She takes 1/4 tab twice a day and for now she is fine. But need to take med twice a day or gets more seizures. But now she is fine , eats, plays, enjoy sun baths each day and all fine. Thanks for ask for her.
