Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
As I write this, I am waiting for a poor Weimi boy, to get delivered to my door step! He & his buddy(another weimi) were abandoned at a boarding kennel. Long story made short. The kennel owner had both dogs in his kennel for a yr or so. In a 5X29 ft run. Now, he said it's better for both to die, then for them to stay in the run any longer. So I got an email from a lady that does dalmation rescue in Phx. The one weim was picked up yesterday and has a home and Quill was left. He is a neutered male. Long story short. I can't turn my back & let him die, cuz of a stupid human! Breeders, Make sure of who you are selling these dogs to. Use some common sense. Match the dog to the person & their ability to care for the dog. These dogs' story is unbelievable. Last thing I needed was another dog...last thing I needed on my conscience was knowing that I did nothing. I wish these GREEDY BREEDING Jerks would stop for a while & look what they are doing. As far as I'm concerned they are guilty of animal abuse & need locked up. If you breed, you need to rescue! If you sell a dog to someone that YOU KNOW can't take care of, or are wrong for the dog/pup, don't sell it to them. If you are breeding genetic defects into pups, SHAME ON YOU..You have no conscience! I will keep Quill until a great forever home is found. I got a lot more to say, but I will save it for the Back Yard Breeders & mill owners I meet face to face...If there's ANY justice in this world...what goes around will come around! If you want a Hobby, try something made of wood! Here's Quill!
Oh Rosrmary he is awesome, it makes me so darn mad to hear about this, It was so good of you to take him in, I cannot believe how someone can just say let these animals die, Yes I believe what comes around goes around, and I am so saddened to hear once again how uncaring people can be, I am so glad you came to their rescue, you have made a difference Rosemary, I hope Quill will be adopted soon, I like that name too, and he is so handsome, good luck to you, I know you have your hands full with 3 Weimies

My Hubby drove Quill down to Phx today, Quill will have a Medical Examination down there, and gets the treatment he needs his needs have been neglected for a year. I'm gathering donated funds for his treatment now. I don't want someone to go through the same mess I went through when I adopted Greta. As of this after noon, Quill has all of his shots! Monday the Examination!
