Thanks for posting this... I Emailed ASPCA to ask their explaination. BEFORE I go to the News REPORTERS with it. I KNOW for a fact that some of the pets are being taken all over the US & Adopted out &/or Fostered out. I received a report from a Rescue in UTAH, that the brought back 28 dogs last night. AND are returning to get more! One of the problems that they saw is that there are so many dogs to process, that there are poor or NO pictures of these pets for the Previous Owners to Identify on PETFINDERS. THEY NEED HELP! Some owners DON'T KNOW that their pets can be found on that site either. This is a HUGE EFFORT! I am waiting now for an answer from ASPCA now, IF this is what is going on... I will alert a reporter(Big time PET LOVER) about it... SHE is a NATIONAL NEWS REPORTER who has covered & helped get these pets rescued...
