Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

Hi there - I think Barbi responded to you in the other forum, it's in Miami - close to downtown.

I feel sad for you, not much of a choice, I understand. I will put your situation on my Prayer list now. Sounds like you could use some help there! hug2Is this an adoption? would there be fees or money involved, need to know, I do know someone not too far from there, that I will ask, they had Yellow labs before!

Wish You would have been closer, I would have fostered them both for you, then decide after things straightened out.

just saw the other part of your earlier message - there would not be any fees involved. if i part with one or both of them, i just want to find a very good home where i know they will be loved, etc.

I just got a reply back. My Niece recently had gotten a new yellow lab, who is a yr old to be a companion to her older lab. Now she has 2 so she won't be getting another for a while. I'll keep looking though.

I encourage you to be VERY SURE of where you put the furbabies. There are alot of problems with "giving them" to unstable placements. Most of the Rescues are VERY Picky, The Large Organizational Rescues have Boards that they must answer to. SOME of the smaller ones, have become a "small business"in recycling pets & don't have the funds, not the staff to check out adoptors properly! Hope this all helps.

Shelley, I made some phone calls, but I'm not sure the people I contacted would take care of Zoe that way he needs to be taken care of. I think they're awfully stretched. I'll keep my eyes open and let you know.
