2. If you are registering, please participate. Members who register but do not take the time to introduce themselves to the community nor participate will have their membership account deleted. An inactive account is just unnecessary empty space on our server which takes up bandwidth and serves no purpose. We welcome your participation and invite you to actively share your pet's life with us. All our members are really friendly and they thrive on meeting new members and fur-kids.
3. CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM is not responsible for reviewing, verifying, confirming, or validating any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, appropriateness, or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Messages posted are the express views of the author only, not the views of CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM or any entity associated with CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM.
4. You agree, through your use of this Community, that you will not use this Community to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law. CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM reserves the right to remove or delete any post, for any reason whatsoever.
5. No Guarantee of Service. CUTEFAMILPETS.COM provides a free service. We do not guarantee that members and/or users will be able to access or use our services at all times or at any location. CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue temporarily the service (or any part of the service) with or without notice.
6. No Copyrights Material nor Images/Photographs. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you, and exclusively you. You agree not to post any copyrighted images unless you own the copyright. This further means that you cannot go to another web site, copy their copyright image, return back to the CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM Community and post the photograph/image there. That's illegal. If you want someone to see a photo, place a link so they can go where the photo is at. In posting a photograph/image, you fully agree that you shall indemnify and hold CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM harmless and shall assume all liabilities that occur should a claim be brought against CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM for use of those images. We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any copyrighted image posted by you.
7. Submitted/Posted Photographs/Images. By submitting photos to CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM or by pasting photos for inclusion on our web site (including the UBB.x Community), you grant CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the photo in CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM's Internet properties, in any page thereof. The owner/submitter of the photograph retains its exclusive copyright and CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM claims no ownership. This release will continue to be in full force and affect and shall be terminated when you request from us by email that your content be removed and you have received confirmation from CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM of the removal of your content. Also, please keep in mind that this is the Internet. We have no control over viewers right-clicking on your photographs or doing a "print screen" to copy and paste them -- so, with that in mind -- if there is a specific photograph you do not wish to take a chance on being copied, please DO NOT submit it nor post it on a public Community.
8. No Advertising. You may NOT promote your products or services here. You may however, include your own site in your profile and signature. Referral links (example: get rich quick schemes, paid to surf ads, etc.) are forbidden completely. Any posts considered advertising will be removed.
9. No Linking to Inappropriate Websites. You may not use the CUTEFAMILYPETS.COM Community to link to pornography sites, or sites containing any type of violence, bigotry, or nudity. No linking to sites actively promoting breeding or offering stud services.
10. No posting of personal information. This includes where you live, your phone number, where you work, etc. This is the internet — please keep yourself safe.
11. No swearing or profanities please. Not even the mildest swear words are allowed. This is a family oriented site and we want everyone to feel comfortable here.
12. This is a happy, peaceful Community. Freedom of speech is encouraged and welcomed, but not to the extent of rudeness to an administrator, moderator or a member of the Community. Such an action will result in the member being banned permanently. Attacking an Administrator's Community Policies, Rules and Guidelines publicly will result in the member being banned permanently as well. If at any point you do not agree with our Community Rules, Policies and Disclaimers, then do not use our service.
