It is very sad. It happened in 2003, but this kind of thing happens every day! I don't know how it is allowed to go on for so long before action is taken. It seems as though the Lack of proper legislation permits things like this to go on. There is a simular incedent going on in my area. But so far a "kennel license has protected the woman in her "city"home & her "Country" place(under no real county regulation)is running amuck with hundreds of dogs there! It's frustrating to pet-lovers & a "Problem" to the authorities,who really want to ignore it! If you make people spay/neuter their pets, that is taking away "their rights". People want dogs/cats as pets, but don't want the responsibility of Properly dealing with them.

Oh for some reason I was thinking it just happened this year but I still pray these sweet things are happy as can be now in their new homes and you are right Rosemary these things do happen everyday...I myself growing up as a young girl watched my own father mistreat animals or at least I feels as if they were mistreated, he was a back year breeder...Guess that is why I love animals so much....!!!! Shame on these people...
