Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

Sometimes being a good pet owner is realizing when you're way in above your head and doing what's right for the pet. Maggie made the difficult decision this evening of finding Mia a new home. She's a hyper and active beautiful puppy and needs more attention and time then Maggie can give her at this time with her hectic schedule.

We took Mia to her new home this evening. A gentleman whose dog passed away and was looking for a new little pal to run his household. I think Mia will be very happy in this new home and we will definitely keep in touch and visit often.

Frown It was an extremely hard good-bye. Please say a prayer for both Mia and Maggie. Giving her up was very difficult.

Mia appears to be adapting well. A lot better than Maggie, who misses her tremendously. I'm just happy she found a home where someone can play with her all day.

Maggie, You still have Buffy, and if it was best for Mia, then as hard as it was for you to place her in a good home, It was a great thing that you did! Later, when the time is right, there are alot of furbabies that will need your love. Huggs to you Maggie!
