I am not sure if I have told you all about this but tomorrow is court day....I dread it...My Sister&Law is going thur a bitter divorce from a very abusive man, She has protective order out on him which he keeps breaking ! This trial is over where he came into my Mother-n-Laws home the night she died and jumped on Me my husband and my Sister-n-law No respect no respect what so ever.... I have been so crazy with all that has went on I am sure I did not tell you all about this...To make a long story short, Him and my husband exchanges blows that night I can not believe someone would act that way the night someone died...It is just un heard of !!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
But anyway tomorrow is the trial...Say a lil prayer and wish us luck....I am really worried about this trial....Scared to be honest...he is a physco....!!!!!!!! Oh boy I could tell you some tales...I hope my sister-n-law will be o.k......she has been through so much with this man....!!!!!!!! Again pray for all of our saftey....He IS a NUT !!!!

Ofcourse, Mechele-I will pray for you and your family. Please becareful, My Cousin, just had to remove her daughter & and grandchild from a situation simular. You really can never tell, what some of these Psychos will do.

Well finally this day is over and it was tough to say the very least about it....Thank you all for your prayers.... I still feel as if there is no justice system....On all the charges ( Both violations of violating the protective order and the Show cause where he did not show up in court that one time) he got 2 days meaning he will spend a total of 24 hours in jail....!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious His sentence was 90 days in jail with 88 suspended....In the state of Va you get a day for a day so that means 24 hours...So much for the Common Wealth State !!!!!!!!!

So much for justice, sorry you and your family had to go through this, I would carry some pepper spray and if he got within 5 feet of me I would spray him.

I don't know what happened to the Virginia Legal System! I've heard of some pretty "soft sentencing" coming out of Va. from family & divorce courts. Abusive homes, Spousal Abuse & Non-support shouldn't be put on the "back-burner" the Family is the Backbone of Society. Sorry that you had to go thru this.

My daughter and son get beat up, him being underage, and I have pics to prove it...the man walks free no time served at all..

My brothers step daughter jumps on him claws him down through the face with her fingernails, I have pics of that as well and he gets 45 days in jail for shoving her away from him to block the blows to the face, $400.00 some dollar fine etc.

Now my sister-n-law is abused badly such as being kicked in the ribs repeatly...etc he breaks all protective orders etc...and he gets 24 hours....go figure...it is obsurd !!!!!!!!

I am glad you mentioned that Yvonne it is time to dig out the spray, I have some here somewhere....

Another thing about my sister-n-law...no proveing it though but somehow Her's and my other sister-n-laws vehicles were vandalized...all tires sliced and all paint distroyed...way up into the thousand's of dollars damage......!!!!!!!!!! This family has no enemy's they are all good people...One night way up in the night about a month ago...someone was lurking around outside...Wonder Who ???

What is it with the laws over there?!! I hope your sister will be okay and he stays the heck away from her.
