Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

My little Neo is so smart! He is alwasy so lively which is a good thing. It means that they are healthy! Big Grin I'm a good mamma! Well when I feed him his crickets, he knows they are coming! They are in one of those little cages and there is holes and the ehd so these black tubs can fit in them and the crickets go in the and I just dump them in his cage. But every time I open his cage lid and he sees the tube he comes out from under his rock and waits for me to drop a few in! Clap It is so cute! Who knew frogs were that smart! Hehehe Big Grin

He is not as bright as green as he use to be, I'm thinking it is becasue he is getting older. Hero was never as bright as green as Neo is. And when I got Hero he was already big. Neo was little when I got him. Big Grin

I have also noticed with my tortoise, my gecko, and my goldfish that they also recognize when it's time to eat. They are not as smart as mammals by far but they do have the intelligence to recognize a certain routine.
