Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. I got 2 new fish the other day. 2 Betas. I'm not sure how well u can see them in these pictures. I will try to get better ones later. The fish by the Keep Out Kitty sign is a female and is Ariel. The fish on the other side is male and is Flounder.

Smile Rosemary I had a tank with Betas just like that one, it has a divider in the middle so they can't get to each other, yes they will kill to the death they are also known as Chinese Fighting Fish, most pet stores only have males ,..females are hard to find, the males are much prettier,

Tiff, we have one beta and he is in our spongebob tank, the kids named him gary after spongebob's pet snail, Gary! lol

My Girls would LOVE A BETTA or 2. Especially Greta, she's on the Fish & Potato Diet! Hannah keeps trying to get some of it, the smell of the food, to them is Wonderful! Gotta stand guard over greta's bowl, when she eats now! But I imagine, the fish bowl is "Kitty TV"! These 2 girls keep me busy...when they are awake...everyone has to be awake! When they sleep...every thing is very quiet! Yeh for naps!
