I bought a new house in Central Florida and I am thrilled! It's really beautiful, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2-gar carage, huge kitchen and master bedroom, plus a huge backyard, and only 2 1/2 years old. The closing is set for the first week of August and I can't wait! I'm attaching 2 photos.

Thanks Yvonne, I have been waiting on my new house for the longest time, but this was truly worth the wait.

You see all those plants/bushes in the front? I want to replace that with a beautiful garden full of colorful roses. We're going to extend the white picket fence all across the front and put a cedar fence in the backyard since it's only partially closed. I've been window shopping like crazy thinking of everything I want to do. I've even started thinking about decoration ideas for Christmas! I think I'll even add a water fountain in the front. I sell a lot of beautiful products which now I can display in my own home

I wished I could be there to help you with decorating ideas, I love to decorate !!, Sounds like you have some great ideas already, a water fountain would be gorgeous, and the roses and fenceing, sound wonderful, I know your estatic !! Yes it is well worth the wait my friend and its coming together for you and that makes me happy !

While it is very beautiful now... I like your Ideas more! I KNOW it will go from beautiful to TOTALLY AWESOME when you get going on it... We've been working on ours for almost 5 yrs...Never done! LOL

Congrats Barbi on you new house. Yes we may be neighbors. Where exactly are you moving? I live in Winter Haven in Polk County (where Cypress Gardens is). Thats about 45 minutes from Orlando and a hour from Tampa.

Amandalee, what a beautiful horse image!! Absolutely stunning. We are going to be neighbors...how wonderful! I'll be living in Summerfield, Florida. I even love the name of the city. It's about 40 miles from Orlando heading or 25 miles from Ocala heading South. Maybe we can meet someday soon. Wouldn't that be cool?!!

I fell in love with this house the second I saw it. I told hubby, "Hiram, look at this house!!!!!!!!!!!!" It's so very pretty on the inside, plus I love the wide open area outdoors, exactly what God knew I was looking for.

Now it's Maggie and Marvin's turn to go house shopping, although they're looking more towards Ocala. They want to move when she graduates from school in early August.

It is beautiful and I know just what you mean about already palanning on Christmas decorations. We bought this house 15 years last March, 9 months before Christmas. But we were already planning on putting this here and that there at Christmas, where our tree would go, how many strings of lightwe were needed for the pine trees by the drivway, etc, etc.

Actually Barbi Summerfield is a pretty good ways from us, seeing Ocala is over 2 hours. But, maybe we can still meet one day. Go to anywho.com then maps and put in you new town Summerfield. Then zoom out to 4 and you will see my town Winter Haven, we are right between Tampa & Orlando.

You're right...that's not too far I hope we can meet in the near future.

Amandalee, can you resize that beautiful graphic to a width of 450 pixels? It's a bit large and it is distorting the forum width on some of the posts. Do you have any more pictures of Victor?
