Hey everyone I haven't been here in a long time I know. it's me Mommybop only I'm not called mommy very often anymore. I've been extremely busy and I've missed you all so much. I still have all my furkids except all my Guinea pigs died. Porky died in his sleep but Sasha and Spunky were killed by a stray dog I took in. My dogs are doing great and Bodie the Lab we took in had made a wonderful family member, she actually saved us the other night from someone trying to come in our house while we were sleeping.
We just bought a Ferret after very careful research and consideration. she's 9 weeks old now and loads of fun. my daughter named her Sassy.

It's SO great to hear from you!!!! I've been pretty busy myself and don't get to post on here like I want, but I certainly think of everyone often.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your Guinea Pigs. Glad to hear the dogs are doing great, though. And congrats on the ferret....do you have any pics?

are ya kidding I have tons of pix to share here but I'll have to wait for my hubby to get home all my stuff is in Kodak easy share and so when I try to move it out it saves it as a huge thing and won't even open it. grrr. the pix will be posted around 10 tonight.
as for my ferret baby she's so cool we have Ferret proofed our living room for her to have freedom in there. I was sooo scared when I decided to finally buy her. I wouldn't recommend this pet for someone with small babies that are crawling etc because they tend to bite and nip trying to play but my 4 year old just gets out of her way and because we've always had small animals knows to watch out for her and not to pick her up. and my oldest just has a blast with her.

Ohhh, hubby just bought me a Kodak Easy share camera this past friday! I LOVE it!!!! Can't wait to see the pics!

It's great that the kids do so well with the ferret. I think they are so cute...and Sassy sure sounds like she is a total cutie pie!

Hi Jennifer , so good to hear from you, I have been busy myself and can't post as much as I would like, Glad to hear the furkids are doing well, sorry about your guinea pigs, and your new addition sounds exciting, do you let the ferret run around I have heard they can be a little destructive? Hope everthing is going swell for you, I think of everyone here often.

sorry I haven't posted them yet hubby has been working a ton of hours this week . I do love my easy share camera it's just when i try to save the pics outside of the easy share stuff it's not working right. hmm . Yes Sassy does go around the house like playing with the dogs and such but I only have her out when I can be with her watching her. yes Ferrets are very destructive if left to them selves. I took her in for her shots today and carried her in my purse. she was so cute peeking out at everyone. then she found my lip gloss that smells like Cherry coke and tried to eat it and had a hissy fit when I took it away. everyone was laughing at me.

It's going to take a little getting used to not calling you mommybop. Sorry to hear about your guinea pigs, how awful, but happy to read you Bodie is doing well and that you bought a ferret. They are such funny little creatures. Post some pictures when you get the chance.

I bet Sassy did look funny peeking out of your purse and eating your lip gloss, thats too funny,..
