We have a new baby, of the 2-legged kind. I proudly present my beautiful granddaughter Kiara. She belongs to my Son Cesar and Samantha. Now I know what the fuzz is about being a grandmother -- grandchildren should be born first!!! I adore her. She was born on February 16th and weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, 19 inches long. Such a good baby, not fussy at all.

I am overjoyed to learn of your new grandchild and at the same time very saddened you lost Curtis. I know how important he was in your life.
How is Jessica feeling? She must be so excited to have a little girl!! How's your grandson doing? Being a grandmother is so amazing. I never thought I would feel so many emotions. Kiara is growing so fast, she turned 5 months last week. I've missed chatting with all of you. Rosemary, I send you a hug as well. Here's a new picture of Kiara and I look forward to meeting your new grandbaby.

She is my precious doll. I'm in totally "awe" being her granny (I love the sound of "granny")!! Here's another picture I took while she was giggling/cooing at my hubby. She adores Grandpa!! How have you been my friend? How are the fur-kids? Yvonne, how is your daughter feeling? Remember Jessica, my god-daughter? She went into labor this morning but they sent her home. Her contractions are 10 minute apart and they asked her to return when they're 3-5 minutes apart. I might have a new grand-nephew any moment now. They might both be born on the same day. |

 I'm glad to hear things are going well for you and your family. I'd be excited about another baby!!! Fur kids are great but you gotta love that skin kids can give your these precious little angels  Things here have been a little difficult lately, but otherwise good. They say god will never give you more than you can handle, right? On the up side I did get to take a very nice vacation and spend about 2 weeks with my mom who lives in SC. We had a wonderful time together  It's always nice talking to you ladies. I miss you! |

We were so very busy posting for such a long time. It feels like "home" to return to my board.I'm sorry you've had difficult moments. I think it's going around, so have we and many other families. I am a true believer that God is always with us, so there's hope. Spending time with your Mom was special I'm glad you did.I'm spending time with Kiara today. She's learning to sit up  I took this picture 1 hour ago. She's drooling-galore (look at her bib). She's such a funny baby girl!! I'm in love. Yvonne, was your grand-daughter born on July 31st?!
