Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

Crying Hey all I just wanted to post and let everyone know I won't be posting about my Gliders anymore, When I took Zoey in the other day to see the Dr. I let the vets nurse adopt them. She loves Gliders and really wanted some, she had one before but it was just one so it died. I was getting way to busy in my life to keep up with their care but since she works for a vet she'll know just what to do for them. I'm a bit sad but I'm happy for the gliders I know their life will be good at their new home.

WaveI don't know much about them,(SAW SOME NATURE PROGRAMS ON THEM ONCE) BUT I've always been facinated by them and I think that they are soooooooo cute. I know that you will miss them(can you get a"SUGAR FIX" ONCE IN A WHILE?) sometimes doing what's best for our furbabies is tough, but...you SAID" I KNOW THEY WILL HAVE A GOOD LIFE" AND that's the right thing to do! I applaude you for that!

Yes Rosemarry I can still hang out with gliders I gave some bb's to a friend of mine a few months back. Ifound myself almost forgetting about them with all the things in my life right now. I got concerned that since they are so quiet during the day I would forget to feed them one night. I just haven't had the time lately to let them out and play with them like they needed. I just feel relief that their with someone who has time for them. Wink

doggyI KNOW YOU DID THE RIGHT THING! When you do the right thing for the pet, that's what counts. It's self-serving & selfish to do what JUST feels good to us. I have seen a lot of people who have too many pets that they just can't take care of & yet they won't do what's right for the pet..... that's cruelity! I again applaude you for doing what was right for the furbabies.
