I'm very sad right now....

Here's the whole story...

This Sunday after coming home from church, my mom tokd us to take the bunnies outside and play with them. We tied up Austing and let the bunnies run around. My brother was watching Amy, i was with Lexus and Domino was big enough to do his own thing. amy is very adventureous. My brother went in the garage for some reason and left Amy by herself. I saw her hop toward the fence so i got up to get her. I didn't think that she would go through a link in the chain link fence but she did. I wasn't worried I just called my brother and asked him to ask Jack for permission to go in his yard and get her. Meanwhile I tried to call her back. She wouldn't come back. Then all of a sudden our neighbor's American Pit Bull Terrier jumped over Jack's back fence and grabbed Amy by her back legs, Amy broke free and ran through a link. It happened so fast I couldn't believe it! I ran after Amy and it was a sad sight to see. She was running with her back legs dragging behind her. I scopped her up and ran inside. My dad and brother went outside. Joseph got Lexus and my dad got Domino. The neighbor was outside and my dad talked to him. I went inside holding Amy. Her legs were badly broken and i felt so bad. My dad told me that the guy said the dog is his son and they are going to get rid of it. He told me to call animal control before they did that. I did but on Sunday there is no operator availble on the lines. it said to call 911 if there was an emergency. I did cause I wanted to try, but she said that there's nothing really to do about it. I would have to talk to my neighbor about Vet payments. I told my dad that and he talk to the neighbor. He got their name and number so I can take to the vet. Then the neighbor came back saying that he knows someone who can fix her if I give her to him to keep and he will get me another one. I definatey didn't want to at first but my dad pushed me into it and I pray he keeps his word in taking care of my Amy. We went Marilis' house and I picked out one of Amy's sisters. I picked out a black one with one white spot and white nose. I took her homwe and let her run with Lexus.

She wasn't as warm and friendly as Lexus or even Amy. So I didn't think i could like her. So on moday I went to Marilis' house and talked to her about the girl. She said that her mom said I picked the meanest one. Meaning she doesn't like to be held and such. I traded her for an all black one. I took Lexus over and her mom kissed her little head and I thought that was sweet. She is luckly enough to have the sweet mom and not the mean one who bit my finger! So, I like this new girl and her name is Susanna! Suzie for short. I am sad yet happy at the same time. All monday i was really sad....i felt like crying forever. but I'm feeling better. After I covinced myself that I should move on and how I was supposed to know that Jack's back fence is so much shorter than mine. If I had known Amy would jump through the fence and that Jack's fence is so much shorter than there would be no way in hell would i had let Amy wonder that far from me. This is a learning experience that I will definatley take to heart. But i wish it didn't had have ended ike that. poor Amy. If anyone could pray for Amy's recovery and happy life I would greatly appericate that. The more prayers she has goning for her the better off she'll be.

P.S- I really miss Amy. I only had her for 3 wks. but i Still love her so incredibly much. I feel like a stupid loser at this moment.
