It's called a Sugar Glider (my Son has been nagging the daylights out of me to buy him one). Mommybop, if I opened a section on CFP for "unusual/exotic" pets -- YOU KNOW I'm going to ask you for a ton of pics

Thats fine I'd be glad to post more pictures, Yvonne I have five Sugar gliders now Their really cool but most the time they only come out at night unless I wake them up in the day to play. they are from places like Australia. They live in tree's in the wild and eat a diet of fruits and veggies, insects mice etc. I do not feed them mice here though I just feed fruit and veggies with some insects. and a special food formulated for Gliders. They are so much work that my mom and brother share in the care taking with me and at times they take the gliders to their house. I've considered giving them up but after talking to a vet who told me that most people only by these little guy's on impulse and then find out they are very needy little critter they dump them on who ever they can. so I decided that I'd stick it out and keep them since I do love them. Their life span is 15 years so it's a long term commitment.
