Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
Hi, sorry I'm so slow! Thanks for the welcomes! My name is Jessica and I have 5 beautiful furbabies (dogs). I started out with Scrappy, who was a Christmas present from my mom. After about 6 years of trying to find her a "boyfriend", we finally decided she was gay because she wanted to be the boy and wouldn't let them do anything. When she was 7, my mom died unexpectedly, which totally destroyed me. I thought I would never feel love again or care about anything, but lo and behold, Scrappy the man-hater went out and did the whole neighborhood! The puppies were born in january 2002, and of course I called in to work so I could be there every second! There was no way I could part with any of their precious angel-souls, because I knew my mom and her sister had a hand in sending them to me. They knew nothing else could have made me smile or open my heart again, and poor Scrappy who was used to being the only child, made the sacrifice of my sole attention to give me 4 precious grandbabies. They are rat Terrier/jack russell and who knows what else. I swear they all have different fathers, because they are so different. But I knew right away they were a message from my mom, because when someone told me she was done after the 3rd puppy, I said "no, there's still a polka-dotted one in there"... and there was. I could talk about them all day because they are the light in my life and the only reason I'm alive today. They are spoiled rotten and their pure unconditional love is the only thing that could ever come close to what my mom gave me. Blackjack, Piggy, Pooky, and Booboo are baby angels sent from above to watch over me and comfort me, and I thank God for all 5 of them every day!!!!!!

Congratulations on getting them all too sit still like together for a photograph!! That in itself is an accomplishment.
They are adorable. I would love to see individual pictures of each so that I can add them to the "Who's Who" section of our website. Be sure to submit each one for featuring. It's fun reading a story about each one.
