Here's the situation:
I normally do not do this ... but please pass this on to those whom
you trust. I have worked with Joan Willams (transport coordinator) to
transport puppies and dogs from Phyllis Jackman-Stefanakos' Circle of
Hope Rescue in Tennessee. The following story is true & is not an
urban legend. Phyllis did a media story as a whistle blower on the
terrible conditions at the Gibson Co Pound. (Dogs were sold by the
ACO as bait for dog fighting; the ACO used dogs for gun target
practice; the pound was open to rescuers only on the first Monday of
the month.) Now she is harassed, must move, needs legal & financial
help & is desparately looking to find other rescues for her shelter
dogs, as they are in danger.

She must rehome about 30 remaining dogs by August 15th or they
will be shot by the Gibson County ACO. Please read below.
