Hi All! I haven'y been on much recently with finals but now I have a couple of weeks off, Yay!
My question is for anyone who has tried or is feeding the Wellness Brand dog food.
I have switched over maybe a month now and they really really like it. Chloe has been growing in a lot more hair since we switched also so I am really ahppy about that. Thing is, I used to give them each about 1/2 cup of food (Nutro Max) a day. Now the wellness food says I should give them about 1/4 cup a day on their food. I've tried cutting down to 1/3cup because it seems they have each gained about a pound, but they will sit in front of their empthy bowls, and sometimes I even see them licking the empty bowls (mostly Bailey).
Is 1/4 too little? Just wondering how much you guys feed your chis.
Bailey was 5.5 and Chloe 3.5 about 2 months ago and now Bailey (6.3) and Chloe (4.7).
Bag says you should feed 3-17lbs dogs 1/4 to 1 lb of food a day.
