Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

Everything went well. Dr. Foukal said that he was expecting to see something very obvious but he found that the entire area was swelling. A piece of the tissue was sent to the lab for testing; I guess we'll find out more on Friday when they send back the results. We're not all that sure what it was causing him to limp. He said it may be a tumor growing around the joints but nothing's for certain yet.

I was in a trigger-happy mood so if anyone wants to see the pictures, they're here:

Of course he's a cutie pie and looks so happy (even after a surgery). What a good boy he is.
I hope everything turns out well.

Big Grin You sure are right Anna. He was such a trooper for me. He was all smiles when he got home and acted like nothing happened. He's also walking on his leg just fine, but I try to restrict him from running around.
