Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
Cutis got sick, a week ago today, he was vomiting, we had been home a week, before our 2 week work vacation at my Mother In Laws house in Texas, there was terrible flooding and the flood waters were getting in her house, she had just lost her husband a month before, anyhoo, Curtis got Leptospirosis, it comes from standing water with raccoon, deer, cow, etc,.. urine, Curtis got sick last Friday and couldn't even hold water down, so we took him in Sat to the emergency vet center, they put him on iv, antiobtics, his liver and kidneys were failing, her worsened Sunday and his kidneys gave out , he was suffering, so we had to put him down, I am so lost without him, he was the life of the house, he had a lot of personality , he would have been 4 Oct. 14th, He will be missed by all our family and friends, we are having him cremated and are getting a doggie urn with a Schnauzer on it, Rest In Peace Sweet Curtis. We will always love you. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v76/yvonne2004/Yvonne...eatInPeaceCurtis.jpg

Oh Yvonne, how dreadful I'm so sorry for your loss. How sudden and tragic. It's more or less what happened to Buffy. To lose a beloved pet so sudden is so horrible. I'm sorry. I wish I could give you a hug.
Time went by so quickly. It seems like yesterday Curtis came into your life. Rest in peace little one. You will be missed.
When I first seen it, I had to read it twice to make sure I was really reading what I thought I was. Like Barbi said, we know how hard it is to loose a member of the family so suddenly and if there's anything you need or just a shoulder to cry on we're here.
All our love & many (((HUGS))) Anna, Mark, Roxey, Huney & Bon
