Hi, we're so glad you're visiting.  Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.

The CFP Forum is officially "inactive" -- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it.  All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.

Ok dokey Evelyn. Been meaning to post the rest of my kids but it just got by me. First, Here's China a.k.a. China doll, Chi Chi, Lamb chop, Button etc. She answers to all those names and more. All my kids do. Funny little babies.

This is Daisy. We found her in the hallway. Johnny and I were going out for a walk one night and there she was on the window ledge. WE grabbed her and brought her home. We put a note in the elevator and at the corner of the block but no one claimed her. Our gain.

Here's our Rollover. We also call him "Gentileman Roe" cause he kisses your hand so gently when you pet him. Another street rescue. What treasures we have found in the street!

This is Sally. Haven't developed the roll of film where she is upstairs so here is one we took of her when she was in the street. She used to wait by the lobby door for Johnny every night. As soon as he would come out the door, she would meow meow meow. WE finally brought her up. Glad we did. She was out there for a while and we were glad to give her rest.

This is Light Foot. Not a great picture of him. He is a very dear boy. When he was downstairs and I used to see him walking accross the school yard, he looked so light on his feet. I almost named him Twinkle Toes. Johnny came up with Lightfoot. I'm glad he did.

This is Pee Wee. On the night we were gonna rescue Rollover, Pee Wee showed up. She was a little kitten. She was boney with a swollen belly. Had to ask Roe to wait another night cause she was in real need. She was a little fighter to make it out there that long separated from her mother. Roe came up the next night.

I forgot to mention, she stares at the light (picture above) like she is in a trance. It's really funny to watch. Then you call her name, she looks at you and goes back to staring at the light.

Hey Maya,
Thanks for the kind words. No, not all of them. I have a few more to post. So you have a Tortie too. I just found out that is what they call Sally's type.
Blessings,
Annette

Louie, the singing cat. I sing and he sings back to me. He also makes you put your finger in the milk and he licks it drop by drop. Funny how they get you to do things. He was born here.

OMG, Annette - what wonderful pictures of how many cats???? I just went back to count - it looks like 12 ---- REALLY????? And almost all of them rescues - aren't you guys FANTASTIC!!!! How come we (I) didn't know you had so many and that you were so terrific?? (Although, if I came to your house I'd have to load up on Benadryl beforehand -- I'm sure I'd have a sneezing fit, even though I'd love them all.

How many litter boxes do you have? What happens at mealtime, how do you negotiate so many?? And how many sleep in the bed with you at night???

Thanks Evelyn. You were close. There's 13 of 'em. There Everywhere! Smile
We have 4 litter boxes. As for feeding, we have the dry food out all day for them but it is quite a scene when I pull out the wet food though. Each one has their own feeding spot and they are pretty cool about it but I have to put China in the bedroom with the door closed because she is the slowest eater. We keep 4 of them in the bedroom with us at night but only one of them is allowed on the bed now cause they used to wake us up constantly. They are pretty good about that too. I never knew you could train cats but you can...sort of.
