Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
I have a kennel inside my home and raise pomeranians, there is nothing like them, they are just like having kids, which I also have. Poms are very individual, but as a breed are very much people dogs and do well in any environment. All my little furbabies love to greet me when I get home from work, and are great alert dogs. Nobody knocks on my door that I don't know it, even if sound asleep. Poms come in so many colors, I am loving having so many of so many colors. I am working on having ALL the colors. I have a guy 4th generation at my house that is going to be shown soon, Boomer, and look forward to him getting his International Championship. Boomers pic is in my signature.

Hi, yes it gets crazy when I get home, they all have to greet me, and that takes at least 30-45 mins, usually more, but luckily they quiet down in just a couple minutes. Then each one will get picked up and loved on for a couple mins when they get quiet as they know I don't like the barking, and they won't get petted til they stop. Poms are vocal though so they feel they must bark at least a minute or two when I get home. They all love play time and each one gets individual attention daily, so my days are pretty full, they have so much love to give it is a joy to spend time with them.
I have 6 poms: Foxy (a 5 lbs. red sable colored), Daphne (also 5 lbs. & red sable), and Ringo (10 lbs. black & tan colored), and Foxy's 3 newborn female pups born on June 13. I love my poms they are such sweet little dogs and so smart. My Foxy and Ringo, are fairly quiet. But, Daphne is very vocal.
