Lady was terrified of the fireworks and would not budge from the down position for most of the night. She was either close to the sliding glass door, behind the sofa, or under the dining room table. My baby in this picture looks so much older. She's lost her puppy look but I adore this mature look she was acquired.

Tobi took the firework sounds a little better than Lady, yet he was nervous for most of the night. In this photo, he's actually watching the Time Square ball coming down. See how beautiful his tail looks?

Maggie and Marvin left shortly before New Years to go see her in-laws, but I managed to snap a few photos. Buffy did not want anyone carrying her except Maggie since she did not like the firework sounds at all. Around where we live, our neighbors went crazy shooting rockets and it drove the dogs pretty much bananas.

This little one never ceases to amaze me!! He is so much fun to be around with. His personality is evolving into a lovable and playful, but naughty, little bundle of joy. Yesterday, he went under my Dad's boat with Tobi and got full of dirt. He came out looking black and had dirt even inside his ears -- they were both rolling in it while playing. This is after he was given a bath. Isn't he cute!!

  ALL the photos we're wonderful, I can identify with lady, I don't like all the noise & neither did HANNAH. she had to go out & someone(my neighbors, we're shooting into the air). I turned on all the outside lights, I went out and gave them that if I heard one more gunshot, they would behaving their next meal in JAIL...FROM THAT POINT ON....there was complete silence! and HANNAH COULD HAVE A LITTLE PEACE &SAFETY outside...it ofcourse is usually very quiet around here...don't mind fun, but what goes up must come down...love seeing pics of your babies!    |

Really enjoyed all the pics - and especially the ones on the welcome page with the Happy New Year hats on each of the dogs!! Very cute!
We also had what Sascha thought was a terribly scary noise, and the poor baby shook like crazy, then ran and hid in her crate/bed!  Barbi those are wonderful photos, Lady has such a sweet and gentle face, and Tobi looks like hes having fun, we weren't home , but thank goodness no fireworks out here, my daughter had doggie and bird watch while we were gone,I know my dogs do not like loud noises, Lucy goes nuts when it thunders. Looks like you had a good New Year already, with all the new pups!     |
