Hi, we're so glad you're
visiting.
Welcome to the CFP Pet Community.
The CFP Forum is officially "inactive"
-- I am exhausted and just cannot keep up with it. All our wonderful moderators and buddies who wholeheartedly participated with me in this forum also have busy lives and -- one could say -- we all got burned out talking about our fur-kids for years. It got to be pretty addicting, but life and reality has now taken over. I love you guys -- enjoy reading the posts OR if you want to register and say hello, please do not expect an immediate response or a lot of replies. God bless and please take care of your fur-kids.
Here's the story about the first time my wife met Devon, just before he became part of our family.
It was about a month before we were getting married. I've been wanting a cat of my own for a couple of years. I missed having a cat around. So while I was at work, my wife went to the City Shelter to see what kittens they had for adoption. I told her that I wanted a tiger striped cat.
So she drives over to the shelter, and there were 4 tiger striped kittens at the shelter. She saw him at the shelter for the first time. She woke him up, and he instantly showed his personality. So Sara, my wife(now), decided that he was the one she wanted.
They head to an office at the shelter to fill out the paperwork, with Devon. While Sara is filling out the paperwork, Devon is checking out the desk, and the items on it. A typewriter caught his attention. He started checking out the typewriter, and all of the sudden, Sara finds a key in the middle of the form. She looks at the typewriter to find about 5 or 6 keys missing from the typewriter. She searches the office and tries to find the keys.
To this day, that same typewriter is still missing the H key...
